Welcome Outfitters Supply to our fantastic, growing group of advertising partners!
For nearly 30 years, Outfitters Supply has been supplying horse packers and trail riders with just the right gear for their outings. The Columbia Falls, Montana, company helped me with an affordable option as I was just starting to pack. When I called, a real person answered. I spent 30 minutes talking with Kevin before buying $90 saddle panniers. When I emailed on another topic, I got a reply right away.
Excellent service
General manager, Lynn Foster, helped me learn more about the small company:
– The shop and storefront sit near Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness, two exquisite diamonds of the western wilderness.
– With help from Outfitters’ eight employees, all the gear is rigorously field tested. Foster, for instance, grew up riding in 4H and rodeo. Now, she trail rides with friends. Owner Russ Barnett has designed many of the products, testing them with his horses in the Bob Marshall.
– If you call during Montana business hours, they will answer. Email inquiries are returned promptly.
“We always stand behind our products and try to ship all orders within 24 hours,” said Foster.

I’m especially drawn to their beautiful cavalry-style saddlebags, made in their shop by two dedicated leather workers.
